Grants Awarded
With the dismissal of the Geier v.
Tennessee lawsuit in September 2000, the Tennessee
Board of Regents established a pool of funds
to support faculty research related to
Diversity. Six grants were awarded for
2008.
The Washington
Center Internship Program Twenty-five
university undergraduates are participating
in an internship program at The Washington
Center. The center provides an
integrated academic and work experience that
prepares college students and professionals
for lives of achievement and civic
engagement.
Phi Theta Kappa
Students Honored Tennessee
two year colleges recently met in Nashville
to recognize the honor students who received
the award of Phi Theta Kappa All-Tennessee
Academic Team.
