1.  Where can I find information regarding how residency status is determined for the purposes of assessing tuition and fees and for admissions?

2.  How do I determine whether a contract is required to be sent to the TBR Central Office for approval?

Contracts should be processed through the Contract Officer or Purchasing Officer at each College and University, or, for the TTC's, through the Office of the Vice Chancellor for the Tennessee Technology Centers.  Rules regarding approval of contracts are contained in TBR Policy 1:03:02:10 and TBR Guideline G-030.  The OGC may also be consulted regarding requirements for Central Office approval.

3.  How can I obtain a copy of an existing contract which required Central Office approval?

Copies of contracts which required Central Office approval are maintained in the Chancellor's Office, beginning with the year 1996.
