Chris has been General Counsel for the Tennessee Board of Regents since 1995. Prior to joining the TBR, she was Deputy Attorney General with the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General. Chris has an undergraduate degree from Lycoming College, along with Master of Divinity and Juris Doctor degrees from Vanderbilt University.
