related emergency preparedness/disaster recovery, diversity in
employment, and other support programs.

organizational charts, HR communications, employee records, Banner
HR functional customer support, data management and workforce
reporting, project management, planning, change management, and
special projects.
OHR Mission Statement:
The Office of Human Resources -- in support of the TBR overall
strategic plan and its mission of teaching, research, and public
service -- advocates for and provides superior, innovative,
ethical, and responsive services and benefits to attract,

workforce. The role of the OHR is to reach out to managers,
build bridges and gain employee trust.
