4th Annual TBR Student Presidents Retreat


Thursday, August 2, 2018 - Friday, August 3, 2018
Students should plan to arrive between 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. CST on the first day.
The final session will wrap up at 1:30 p.m. on Friday.

Who should attend?

The retreat is open to incoming SGA Presidents for each TCAT, community college and the six universities who were previously in the TBR System. If an institution wishes to send a second officer, they may do so. A maximum of 2 students per campus is permitted.

One student from institution: $150 per student
Two students from institution: $125 per student
Cost covers all lodging, meals, snacks, and recreation fees. Travel costs for participants are the institution's responsibility.
Payment must be received at the TBR Business Office by Friday, July 27, 2018.

Registration Information

  • Students must register by Friday, July 20, 2018 to participate.
  • Please send payment to the TBR Business Office: 1 Bridgestone Park, Third Floor, Nashville, TN 37214. Please be sure to include SGA Retreat 2018 in the memo line.
  • All students are asked to sign a behavioral agreement form as part of your registration. To review in advance, see right side bar. Indicate agreement on the registration page.
  • All students must bring a hard copy of the photo release form to the retreat.
