Service/Supply Needs

Each device on contract comes complete with a service and supply program. Toner, service calls, labor, and parts are all include with your purchase.   Supplies ordered by 2:00pm should arrive at your Institution the next day.

To place a service call, call the 1-800 number located on the front of your device.  You will need the 5 digit number located on the front of each device.  Service calls will be responded to within a 2-4 hour timeframe. 

Staples and paper are at the expense of the institution.
