Government Relations

The Office of Administration staff works closely with the executive and legislative branches of state government on legislative and administrative matters.  Strong relationships between the system and the executive and legislative branches of government are critical.  This office is responsible for maintaining such relationships and developing new ones.  In addition, it is the responsibility of this office to advance the system's legislative agenda and keep the chancellor, board, executive staff, presidents and directors informed of proposed public policy which may impact the system.

Each year staff preparescomprehensive document that includes legislation relevant to the TBR system and to higher education in general.  Below are links to other websites of interest.
