Projects Requiring Designers

If you are interested in a project listed below:

1. Visit the website of the Office of State Architect to review the updated Designer Selection Process.
2. Register with the Office of State Architect.
3. Verify registration with the Secretary of State’s office if your business type requires filing.
4. Download and save the April 2023
   Designer Letter of Interest template
5. Complete the document specifically for the project in which you have interest. The response is limited to FOUR pages.
6. Save the document as a PDF with the following file convention: Institution-Project Title-Firm Name.pdf
7. Send the completed Letter of Interest (in PDF format) to the email link in the list below
