NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 3, 2015) — The Tennessee Board of Regents Audit Committee, Finance and Business Operations Committee, and Committee Chairs are scheduled to meet at the TBR office in Nashville on Tuesday, March 10.
The Audit Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. CDT. The agenda includes:
Review of annual risk assessments for the Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology and proposed revisions to Internal Audit Policy 4:01:05:00 and Preventing and Reporting Fraud, Waste or Abuse Policy 4:01:05:50;
The Finance and Business Operations Committee will meet at 1 p.m. Agenda items include consideration of the disclosure amendment to the 2015-16 Capital Budget request and of institutional fee requests.
