Katherine Snow

Ms. Katherine Snow was appointed to serve as the Student Regent for the 2026 – 2027 term. Snow is a student at Jackson State Community College, where she is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in General Studies and plans to pursue a career in community development and government.

Snow is actively engaged in student leadership at both the college and system levels. She serves as President of the Jackson State Community College Student Government Association, where she was recently reelected to a second term, and as Chair of the TBR Student Government Presidents Council. In these roles, she works closely with students, college leadership, and campus partners to advocate for student needs, strengthen communication, and support student initiatives.

In addition, Snow serves as President of Jackson State’s Chi Omicron Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa and works in the college’s Student Services Division. Her campus involvement also includes service on Jackson State’s Strategic Enrollment Management Committee and participation in initiatives focused on student engagement and community service.

Snow has been recognized for her leadership and service through the Tennessee Leadership Training Institute’s Statesmen Award, the International Ambassador Scholarship, and the Phi Theta Kappa Chi Omicron Award for Service. She is also active in her community as a volunteer cheerleading coach for kindergarten and first-grade participants in the Chester County Youth Football League and is currently serving her third season as a coach.
