This workflow alerts designated staff if an email address is missing from an applicant’s record. An applicant's email address is needed to receive information about their campus email address and access to the MyTCAT portal.
Each TCAT to identify 2 staff members that will be responsible for completing the Worklist (alerts).
Primary staff member to be responsible
Secondary staff member to be responsible
This workflow alerts designated staff when a faculty member has submitted via self-service that a student is no longer attending. This requires the designated staff member to complete the student exit process and to trigger the workflow to Financial Aid for R2T4 processing.
