Overview

The Department of Strategic Advancement and Athletics supports the long-term success of Tennessee’s community and technical colleges by helping raise vital private funds to meet emerging needs and campus priorities. These donations support scholarships, innovative programs, and capital projects across the system. In addition, the department leads the coordination and promotion of community college athletics, recognizing the role of athletics in student engagement, institutional pride, and community connection.

Awards

To honor the dedicated philanthropists who graciously donate their time and finances to TBR institutions, we have created two awards: the Regents' Award for Excellence in Philanthropy and the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Philanthropy.
