A Tennessee Board of Regents
Motlow State Community College
Motlow College, recognized as one of the fastest-growing community colleges in the nation, continues its history as a premier teaching and learning community. Motlow's strategically-located campuses, varied class delivery methods and schedules, and superior student-centered faculty and staff support the college's mission, to enrich and empower its students and the community it serves. Motlow provides education, training, and workforce development opportunities in its 11-county service area. The college pro-actively meets the needs of its students by expanding their knowledge base to include a Motlow State Jazz Band international perspective through the internationalization of the curriculum. Coupled with extra and co-curricular activities, Motlow strives to educate the total person as he/she transitions into a global workplace. Motlow College is named in honor of the late Sen. Reagor Motlow and family for their generous donation of 187 acres of land on which the college's Moore County campus is built. Satellite locations include the McMinnville Center, Fayetteville Center, and Smyrna Teaching Site.
