Luminis Support Project

Bringing all TBR institutions to the Luminis Test environment integrated with Banner using a simplified template

Checking campus readiness for equipment acquisition, pre-requisite software installations and pre-requisite testing.

Luminis to Banner integration workshops (next scheduled for May 17 and May 18) scheduled until all participating sites are in Test

Test Luminis instances are live for all participating instutions

Bi-weekly Content Sharing Skype calls throughout summer beginning in June

End of summer assessment of Production Go Live readiness

Production Go Live late September through December 2016 every two weeks (three institutions at a time)

Integration workshop has been offered three times (with another scheduled for July 27 and 28 at TBR)

Three institututions live (University of Memphis, Roane State Community College, Nashville State Community College)

Several others working on non-production environments

Many schools have basic integrqation completed and are working on other integration elements (custom channels in Luminis IV that need to be recreated as Luminis V portlets) for complete migration of all type of services/content that is used on campuses
